For every job, we keep a time log, available to you on request at any point, so you can rest assured you’ll be invoiced correctly.
The minimum charge for any job is one hour.
Hourly rates are based on a sliding scale – the more work we do for you ‘in one hit’, the less you’ll pay.
Base rate: $45 per hour
3+ hours: $40 per hour
5+ hours: $35 per hour
These timelines are based on ‘any one project’.
If you have a project involving several jobs and you send them to us all together as one complete project request, we will log our time for all elements as one job.
We are located in south west Sydney, and may be available to work on your premises for especially large or time consuming projects, at a pre-negotiated rate. Contact us with your enquiry.
We prefer to use images from www.istockphoto.com. or www.dreamstime.com. We will not buy an image on your behalf until your final proof is approved. Images are charged on a per-credit basis. When we buy an image on your behalf, the price is $3 per credit.
You are welcome to provide your own images in high resolution.
You are also welcome to search iStock or Dreamstime yourself and suggest a suitable image to us to use in your artwork. If you choose to do this, please ensure that you make a note of the numerical ID number for that file. There are over 7 million files available from iStock, so be sure to save that number!
It is highly unlikely that you will ever need to pay for ‘Burn & Post’, as we prefer to compress large files and send them to you zipped.
However, should your job be very complex or the files too big to send by email, we can burn them to disc and post them to you.
Prices within Australia are:
$15 per CD including postage
$20 per DVD including postage
